The developer of this project, CALA Homes, was the 2020 Housebuilder Of The Year award winner.

A 10-minute walk from the development to St Neots Railway Station. It is about a 30-minute drive to Cambridge University and the city centre and about 45 minutes to London King’s Cross Station by train.

CALA at Wintringham is the largest development in the town. It involves not only residences but also kindergartens, primary schools, office buildings, restaurants and convenience stores, as well as green and recreational spaces occupying 45% of the whole area.

The development is near to the bus station, it takes a 10-minute drive to St Neots Market Square. There are 22 middle and elementary schools within the area, including Middlefield Primary Academy and Crosshall Infant School.
