Right Next to Tsutenkaku
FMI’s fourth property project located right by Tsutenkaku has officially made its debut! Before we knew it, we have entered Osaka’s popular landmark area for the fourth time. Our first three projects received fantastic word-of-mouth and achieved stellar sales results. Coming in as the grand finale, this new project is unbeatable in terms of location because the entire building sits right at the foot of Tsutenkaku. The moment you step out of the building and look up, Tsutenkaku towers right before your eyes.
First and foremost, we didn't intentionally save the best for last. In fact, we had no prior plan before acquiring the land; it was purely by coincidence that each project ended up closer to Tsutenkaku than the last. When promoting our past properties, we often emphasized how many minutes away they were from landmarks or stations. But for this project, the distance cannot be measured in minutes—it is counted in steps! Many friends have asked me whether there will be a fifth project even closer to Tsutenkaku in the future. I wouldn’t say it's impossible, but there isn't one at the moment. At just a hundred meters away, it is already ridiculously close. Earlier, when I explained the features of this property to my colleagues, almost all of them had an "aha!" moment as soon as they heard the location, instantly recognizing where it is. The surrounding area is packed with well-known cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it instantly familiar to anyone who knows Osaka.
As a masterpiece in a prime location, you can imagine that securing this plot was no easy feat. Just before the Lunar New Year this year, I was in Osaka when I suddenly received a call from a colleague saying that a plot of land near Tsutenkaku, which the landowner originally intended to sell to another investor, could potentially be secured first because my colleague had a close relationship with the owner. After hanging up, I checked the map repeatedly to confirm the location, only to find that it was literally zero distance from Tsutenkaku. I simply couldn't believe it at that moment. Although I already had a decision in mind, I always make it a habit to inspect the site in person before buying land, and the moment I saw it, I decided to go ahead immediately. I often say that FMI’s Osaka land acquisitions are all "won over drinks"—if the landowner hadn't had a few drinks and accidentally blurted out about owning this golden plot, we wouldn't have had the chance to snap it up.
Since we were fortunate enough to acquire this land, the architectural design had to be refined to perfection. I originally planned to hold the launch until the Taiwan exhibition in October, but recent projects have been selling out so fast that my colleagues constantly pressured me to release a new project sooner. As a result, this new member of The Peak Series arrived two months ahead of schedule. Named The Peak Tsutenkaku Reserve, it belongs to the Reserve series under The Peak Series. Why is it called "Reserve"? Because what is worth reserving must be an extraordinary treasure, just like Shinsaibashi Reserve and Namba Minami Reserve, both of which hold unique, one-of-a-kind statuses. Tsutenkaku Reserve is a 14-story building with a total of 26 units. Among them, the top-floor penthouse is a two-bedroom unit featuring an extra-large balcony facing directly toward Tsutenkaku, offering a breathtaking, eye-level perspective of the tower! To be honest, I secretly wanted to keep it for myself, but my colleagues reminded me not to daydream too much—scarcity drives value, and two-bedroom units are always the first to sell out.
As a brand-new minpaku (vacation rental) property, Tsutenkaku Reserve is currently the only one stationed right at the core of Tsutenkaku. It offers the best of both worlds: lively yet tranquil. While close to Tsutenkaku, its immediate street is quite peaceful, yet just a turn away brings you into a bustling district filled with Chinese, Western, and Japanese restaurants. Don Quijote and Ebisuchō Station are just a two to three-minute walk away, easily satisfying all daily needs within minutes. For those who are interested, please stay tuned!
The Peak Tsutenkaku Reserve is 14 stories high, offering a total of 26 units, with the top-floor penthouse featuring a rare two-bedroom design.
