I frequently hear from investors who feel that The Peak’s positioning is too high-end. While they love the design and quality, budget constraints often force them to settle for secondary, refurbished old buildings or properties located in remote areas. Hearing this always frustrates me. I understand that everyone loves a good bargain, but if something is cheap while sacrificing beauty and quality, a low price is meaningless and can easily lead to losses. Unlike the minimalist style of The Peak, The Vista utilizes bright, eye-catching colors in both its interior and exterior design to highlight a youthful, energetic vibe. Although it is a sub-brand, we have made zero compromises when it comes to planning, construction, and materials.
