投資曼谷物業過程知多點

很多投資者都看準入門門檻低、投資回報高的曼谷物業市場,但往往因為對購置的流程不熟悉,以為手續繁複而卻步。事實上購置曼谷物業的手續並不複雜,簡單而言可以分為5個程序:

  1. 揀樓
  2. 交訂金和簽約
  3. 匯款到業主當地銀行戶口
  4. 取得外匯交易證明(FET)
  5. 收樓時帶同護照、銀行匯款證明到當地土地廳過戶

揀好心水樓盤後,買家留在香港便可以處理大部分手續,包括繳付訂金、簽約和匯款程序等等。買家先在香港的銀行以電匯形式支付樓價,或部分發展商提供網上繳費。完成繳費的程序後,到樓宇落成後才需要親身到曼谷開收樓。
